FitProgress – Privacy Policy

1. Data we process

• Account: e-mail address, name, password (stored hashed).
• Health & fitness data: weight, height, body measurements, goals, workout and meal logs, nutrition values, fasting and hydration records.
• Photos: meal photos (for AI analysis) and progress photos you upload yourself.
• Technical data: device push token (notification delivery), timezone, language.

2. Purposes

Solely to run the app: your diary, recommended targets, AI meal-photo analysis, notifications you enable yourself, and trainer collaboration if you activate it. We do not sell data, share it for advertising, or track you across apps.

3. Processors

• Supabase (database & authentication, EU infrastructure)
• Google Gemini API (meal photo analysis — photos are processed and not used to train models)
• Cloudflare R2 (photo storage)
• Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications)

4. AI estimates

Nutrition values from photos and recommended daily targets are estimates, not medical or dietary advice. Consult a professional for health decisions.

5. Retention & deletion

We keep data while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account in-app (Profile → Settings → Delete account) or via the deletion request page. Database records are removed immediately; uploaded photos are purged from storage within 30 days.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection — contact info@fitprogress.app. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
