FitProgress – Terms of Use

1. Service

FitProgress is a mobile app for logging workouts and meals with AI meal-photo analysis. By using the app you enter into a service agreement under these terms.

2. Account

An account is required. You are responsible for accurate information and credential security. By registering you confirm you are at least 16 years old. You may delete your account in the app at any time.

3. Not a medical service

AI nutrition values and recommended targets are estimates. The app provides no medical, health or dietary advice and is not a medical device. Consult a professional before changing your diet or training.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, disrupt its operation, access other users' data or upload unlawful content. Violations may lead to account restriction or termination.

5. Your content

Your records and photos remain yours; you grant us the licence necessary to technically provide the service (storage, AI processing). Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for decisions based on estimates or for temporary unavailability.

7. Changes and law

We may reasonably amend these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Governed by the law of the Slovak Republic.
